The Red E Vault is a multi-lingual, user and file management solution and template designer that includes synchronization, encryption and cloud storage capabilities with desktop, web and mobile interfaces. This solution allows your company to access and share information between geographically distant locations quickly, easily and securely. Samko developed both the hardware and software specifications for this Red E Vault product.

The Health Indicators Analyzer spans web, desktop and mobile platforms and is used for the interpretation and collection of data in pediatric well-patient visits. Data can be collected and synchronized via mobile device. The HIA also includes a custom SQL Server reporting and Excel Import/Export engine and custom technology allowing mobile devices to print wirelessly.

The Photo grinder was developed at the request of a professional photography company. The grinder greatly reduced the amount of time required to process each wedding by allowing properly sized thumbnails and full sized, water marked images to be produced and uploaded to their website. Upon completion of upload the software creates a corresponding user account to allow the customer access to their photos.

The WCF Client Server system is a software combination that allows you to setup your own synchronization server, distribute the client software and allow those clients to synchronize files to your server. After installing the server software on Microsoft Windows Server 2008 or later and the client software on Microsoft window XP SP2 or later an authorized user can encrypt and securely synchronize any data between their location and the WCF Sync server.

HealthTrack was written using C# and Microsoft SQL Server Express Edition (FREE). This software allows a user to enter their favorite foods, calories, daily caloric targets and calorie / weight alerts. Studies show that writing down what you are eating helps people lose weight. The Health Track allows this information to be collected and analyzed easily and effectively to help make the most of your diet.

The Pizza House was faced with a dilemma. How do we provide the highest quality food when some of our meals cook in 3 minutes and some take 48 minutes (deep dish pizza, yum). The answer is the ticket timer and touch screens placed throughout the kitchen. When an order containing a long wait item is entered the short cook items are detained while the long cook items go through. Once the predetermined time has elapsed the remaining ticket items are released and can then be prepared.

What started as a simple, minimal interface calculator for use around the Samko office ended up taking on a life of its own. The current version retains its simple interface and calculator capabilities but also includes the ability to assign variables to letters, save entered functions, keep a history of previous entries and dynamically compile and execute code written in C# from within a little window right on your desktop. Written using Microsoft WinForms (C#).

The favorite cleaner is a simple utility to help manage your favorites effectively. The software, written in C#, reads your favorites folder, or any selected path, parses the addresses, checks the addresses and splits the results into good links, dead links, and links that are probably only temporarily not working. Once the links have been analyzed the software allows you to move any dead or potentially bad links to a separate folder.

The File Generator creates one copy of a specified template file per entry in the name list and changes specified content within the template for each output file. As an example, assume you have a disclaimer that is the same other than a few words per state. You would select the original disclaimer as the template file. Then select a name file that contains the name and specific words for each state. After running the software you will have an appropriate output file for each state in the name file.

The Flash killer application was written to help ensure the quality of the Red E Vault hardware. This software allows for testing up to 20 flash drives at a time via the Red E Vault duplicator system and has run 24x7 for months at a time. This multithreaded application uses garbage data or a seed file and continually fills and erases the flash drive. The number of successes and failures is logged until the drive fails a specified number of times in a row in which case an alert is sent to the specified address.
